I got my first smoker about 22 years ago. It took years to get it right. We ate a lot of mistakes, but It was worth it. Over the next couple of decades, I perfected smoking all our favorites, and today, I offer the best products I've ever tasted.
I use Apple Wood exclusively to smoke my variety of Sausages and Cheeses. Smoky, Mild and Full-Flavored is my Trademark. I think you'll agree.
I start with Fresh Cherries and Blackberries then smoke them for four hours with Apple Wood. I reduce the juice and add BBQ Spices for the perfect pairing with your favorite meal. Maybe try our Bold "Florida Tango" Sauce.
